Muscogee County Adult Education

Message From The Director

The Adult Education Program supports instruction in Adult Basic Education (ABE), Adult Secondary Education (ASE), and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for adults age 16 and older who lack basic literacy and English language skills.

Let me take this opportunity to welcome you back to school!  This time you are entering school as an adult bringing with you knowledge from previous schooling plus experiences gained through everyday life situations.  Adult students need to reach their personal goals as quickly as possible due to the fact that they now have obligations that they probably did not have as a high school student.  With this in mind, let's join forces and make this educational experience as beneficial to you and your future as possible.  Our teachers, aides, and administrators are dedicated to your success and take pride in our student's accomplishments.  We look to you for our next success story.

Again, "Welcome Back."  This may be the most important step for you to reach your goals and dreams of the future.

Sally Jordan, Director
Adult Education
